Our need for a rugged, roomy and light Daypack for both backcountry and urban adventure led us to create the Minimalist Ultralight Daypack.  Stripped of all non-essential elements the Minimalist does include a foam back pad, exterior hydration sleeve with hanging loop, and one large exterior pocket for quick access items.  The main pack body is made from our custom 140 denier dyneema gridstop fabric for that sweet spot between toughness, weight and feel.  The big pocket is cut on the bias for easy entry and has a bottom panel of 210 denier double rip ripstop nylon for durablitity, while the top panel is our tried and true power mesh for stretch, air and light.  The Minimalist also features our new more ergonomic harness system for comfort and it has 1/2"  "D" rings and web loops to hang your stuff from. The Minimalist Ultralight Daypack sports a back panel made from our XTC fabric, a soft, tough, low friction material that is also on the body side of the harness.   Last, never least, the Minimalist also incorporates our new vertically adjustable sternum strap system.
