LT4 Trekking Poles (adjustable)

The LT4 Trekking Poles are by far the best, most lightweight trekking poles I have ever used. I took them on a hiking trip in France and Spain on the St. James Way, walking several hundred miles, over the Pyrenees as well as other mountain ranges, and navigating rocky coastal cliffs. Hiking this route in the past, I have always managed to lose my poles early in the trip, probably out of a subconscious desire to get rid of extra weight. Not so with the LT4s---they are so lightweight, I didn't mind carrying the extra few ounces at all. Besides being super light, they are sturdy and the grip is ergonomically correct for my hand--as in, very comfortable. The height adjustment mechanism is slightly "delicate," but no big deal if you read and follow the instructions. These poles really made a difference for hiking a long distance in comfort. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the LK4 Trekking Poles.
