Welcome the Noodleheads to our Trail Ambassador Family

Gary and Kiki live in Gothic, Colorado and have been huge Gossamer Gear advocates for many years.  and care-take a backcountry hut during the winter.   They ski in and out carrying provisions (yes with their GG packs).  Summers are often devoted to some type of adventure, be it long-distance hiking or bike touring.

This summer, 2012, they are planning a 10-year anniversary hike of the Appalachian Trail.  Their favorite gear are the LT4 Lightrek Poles and the Mariposa Plus backpack.  Read more about them here….

    Hey Noodleheads!

Don’t forget to stop by the Appalachian Trail Conservancy during your hike. I’ve been working there since June 2010 after six seasons ridge running for the Maine Appalachian Trail Club (MATC). I had four seasons at Abol Bridge and two at Gulf Hagas.

I hope to be at Trail Days and I might be in Maine for the End of Trail Days Festival in Millinocket the weekend after Labor Day. If you time it right, Ole Man and Navigator are hoping the class of 2002 will gather at Millinocket for their ten year anniversary.

    Poptart, Rockytop, Daniel

We were hoping we might see some 2002 faces….even more wondering if anyone was going to hike again for the 10 year anniversary. Easy (JR) and Redwood are hiking the first week with us. So that will be fun!

Daniel – Thanks for the champagne finish! I will tell POD you say hi. We will see her early april before we head off to Atlanta.

    Mosa, Thanks for the welcome.

    Hey Noodleheads,

Does a 10 year anniversary hike means more Top 10 lists. Your lists always cracked me up in 2002. Thanks to your inspiration, my wife and I walked the Camino de Santiago in 2006. Great experience. Thanks. I hope to make it to Trail Days and see y’all if you’ll be there.
