The 3,100 mile Continental Divide Trail is considered one of the most rugged and remote long distance trails in the world. It is the least known and least traveled of America’s “Triple Crown” (three longest trails including the Pacific Crest Trail and Appalachian Trail). Solo backpacker, Erin “Wired” Saver (PCT 2011) will be speaking about her 134 day thru hike along the CDT which took her from Mexico to Canada along the spine of North America this past summer. Erin’s presentation includes anecdotes, pictures, and videos from her hike. For a sneak peek, check out her highly followed blog at www.walkingwithwired.com where she kept a daily detailed journal of her hike.
