Packrafting in Scotland

In late June, I visited the far north west of Scotland, with fellow Trail Ambassador David Hine to dip my toe in the steely waters of Inverpolly for my first packrafting trip. We were led by Rob from http://www.backcountrybiking.co.uk/, currently the UK’s only packrafting and bikerafting course and expedition leaders. I had a blast, and subsequently bought a boat. Here are a few photos from the weekend.

Looks nippy! What a fun way to try out a new travel mode. Packrafting is definitely on my list.
