Former AT thru hiker and current PCT thru hiker drops 2.5 pounds swapping to the Mariposa. That means more room for PROBARS!
Gossamer Gear enjoyed being at this year's Annual Day Zero Pacific Crest Trail Kickoff (ADZPCTKO)! This year was unique because it was made of two sessions. Both sessions included great seminars and a chance to meet many thru and section hikers.
Boy Scout and his dad pick up new packs for Philmont. They are super stoked to get out and hike as a family.
Old Gorilla (left) and the new Gorilla (right)
This thru hiker's old Gorilla had many miles left after washing with Dr Bronners but the new padding and fabric was worth the upgrade!
The old Mariposa Plus has seen crazy miles but the new pack design was irresistible.
This dude swapped out his HEAVY pack for the Mariposa and dropped a whopping 4.23 lbs!
Even with all the rain showers and grey skies, we saw lots of thru hikers and caught up with many customers as well as our friends at PROBAR and Dr Bronner's. Good luck to everyone on the trails!
